So I was presented with a challenge the other day…
If you know me at all you’d know, you’d know that I’m always down for a challenge 😉
My buddy who’s a fellow strength coach, Todd Kuslikis sent me this 7 min core workout.
He told me that not very many people can make it the whole way through…
Hearing that made me want to do the challenge that much more.
So, yesterday after I finished my main training session which consisted of some HSPU work, pistols, and a ton of 200m sprints, I finished things off with this “7 min Ab Workout from Hell” Todd sent me…

Here’s the breakdown of the challenge:
Exercise 1: Right Half Planks (30 secs
Exercise 2: V-Sits (30 secs)
Exercise 3: Left Half Planks (30 secs)
Exercise 4: Slow In & Outs (30 secs)
Exercise 5: Right Half Planks (30 secs)
Exercise 6: Side Plank With Rotation (30 secs)
Exercise 7: Left Half Planks (30 secs)
Exercise 8: Side Plank With Rotation (30 secs)
Exercise 9: Right Half Planks (30 secs)
Exercise 10: Static V Pulses (30 secs)
Exercise 11: Left Half Planks (30 secs)
Exercise 12: Normal Crunches (30 secs) – I was going to swap out – Hollow Rocks
Exercise 13: Right Half Planks (30 secs)
Exercise 14: Finger Tip Push Ups (30 secs)
So, you’ll notice there are a few movements above that are highlighted…
This is where I messed things up!
Totally skipped over doing Hollow Rocks and another set of Half Planks.
It wasn’t until AFTER I finished I realized that I had done the challenge a bit wrong!
So, since I skipped two movements instead of this being a 7 min Ab Workout from Hell, I cut it down to just 6 mins.
I guess with that, it adds me to the ranks of those that couldn’t make it through the full 7 min sequence 😉
I’ll have to give it another go here soon.
Either way I had a good time taking it on.
Make sure to give this one a try and if you make it all the way through (actually doing it right for the FULL 7 mins, not 6)
Live and Train Aggressive!
PS – Check out Todd’s FULL Program, Bodyweight Overload.
He’s having a BIG SALE on this system for the next few days.
I give it a solid 110% H.A.M. stamp.
