Let me say that again…
I LOVE to SPRINT.
Now that the weather is warming up and staying nice here in Nebraska again, it’s sprints every week!
I’ve been building myself back up to the point to where I’m sprinting 2-3 x’s a week.
Sprints keep you STRONG and will get you LEAN.
Plus, I just love being outside.
Either way, the other day I hit up a unique sprint routine that I took from my “Shredded In 7” sprint manual.
I go into more details below…
Here’s the Sprint Routine in more detail:
1A) E.M.O.T.M. x 12 Mins
a) ODD Min – 4 x 20 yard sprint @ 100%
***Make sure to get in a good WARM UP before you crank this out
Now, if you’re not currently sprinting at least 1 time a week, it’s time you start adding in on of the BEST and most athletic things you can do.
Just make sure you ease back into it as YOU don’t want to go messing yourself up 😉
