On The Twelfth Day of BADASSNESS Travis gave to me…
–> 12 Overhead Squats
I think that by now you’re ready to be DONE with the 12 Days of BADASSNESS.
If you stuck through it the whole way, I give YOU some MAJOR RESPECT.
I personally missed a few days, but I ended off strong with the final 3 days and I’ve got to tell ya, it was extremely challenging.
To end this craziness out right, I’ve added in 12 Overhead Squats.
Another AMAZING movement.
One that just couldn’t be left out of the mix.
Just with all of the other movements within this 12 Day Challenge, the Overhead Head Squat is a complex movement that requires a solid amount of mobility and stability from head to toe.
If you’re lacking in any of these areas, you’re going to struggle.
