Not much to say about Manmakers other than the fact their tough as hell to do plus are probably one of the best all around movements you can do.

Manmaker’s hit the whole body in one shot.

Legs, shoulders, core, lungs…

You’ll be feeling it.

Makes for a great full body movement, one that I know you’ll come to love.

d) 8 x EROM Handstand Push Ups
e) 7 x Strict Chest To Bar Pull Ups
f) 6 x Hang Squat Cleans @ BW (or heaviest weight you can handle with good form and technique)
g) 5 x Thrusters @ heaviest weight you can handle
h) 4 x 20 secs on / 10 secs off Tabata rounds of KB American Swings
i) 3 x Snatch @ BW (or heaviest weight you can handle for a triple)

j) 2 x TGU’s / side @ 70# KB
k) 1 x 25 Burpees
