I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love bodyweight only training circuits.
When it comes to bodyweight training, it’s got to be an essential component to your training.
Bodyweight Training is the perfect “No EXCUSES” Training Model.
You can crank bodyweight workouts anytime, anywhere all you need is yourself.
Today, I got a nasty little MMA style Bodyweight Only Circuit for you that my buddy Egan shot over my way.
This is one of his signature MMA Style Bodyweight Training circuits that he used to use (and still does) when he was training for MMA.

This guy is a FREAK.
In the quick video below, Egan goes through a full round of a fast and effective MMA style bodyweight only circuit that will light up your whole body head to toe in just 2 and half short minutes.
This is some seriously effective stuff that you can use within any type of training program out there.
What I’ve been doing with Egan’s MMA workouts is implementing them in at the end of my regular strength session as finishers. These have kept things fresh.
Adding in the different MMA style movements has definitely been a good change of pace as many of the movements are movements I’ve never seen or done before.
It’s good to do things like this as forces you to get out of your comfort zone a bit and get better.
Here’s Egan’s MMA Bodyweight Only Circuit…
Here’s the layout:
Perform 30 Secs Of Each – NO REST:
A) Jump Rope
B) Flying Knees + Lunge R/L
C) Flying Knees + Lunge R/L
D) Sprawl Burpee – R/L Arm
E) Sprawl Burpee – R/L Arm
***Rest 1 min after you complete a full round
***Repeat for a total of 3-4 rounds
As Egan and I discussed in the interview I did with him, MORE is never better…
BETTER is BETTER and these type of workouts are get it done.
