That’s exactly what I did with this NEW MMA style throwdown I got for ya below
If you caught this in the interview I did with MMA Champ Egan Inoue the other day, you’d already know about the nasty MMA style throwdown he put together for me (and YOU).
I came up with the name “5 Min Punch Out”.
In short, this little throwdown will tear you up.
Every single one of these movements were brand new to me which made it difficult to do, but I’m all about the challenge.
Here’s how it went down…
Here’s the layout:
1A) 1 Min x Rotating Ground Punches 1B) 1 Min x Squat To Knees 1C) 1 Min x Explosive Rotating Ground Punches 1D) 1 Min x Squat To Push Kick 1E) 1 Min x Rotating Ground Punches SCORE = Total Reps CompletedI gotta be honest here and tell you I lot track of my reps after the first round of punches.
This was an awesome way to end out my session as it blended a ton of lower body focused work, hit my core a bit, and taxed the lungs.
Perfect for it your looking to up your fat shredding and conditioning for sure.
I can see why Egan has been able to be such a success with his MMA career as this type of training is straight up the real deal.
This is just a small sample of what Egan unleashes within his MMA Bodyweight Training System.
