A few weeks back I posted up a “pre-game” interview with one of my crazy ass clients, Ronan Conlon, who at the time was about to take on the “Super Bowl of Challenge Races”, The DEATH RACE…

Long story short, he came back a WINNER as one of the very few that finished the race!

Out of the 300+ that entered, there were less then 50 people to finish this grueling test of mental toughness and physical endurance.

The people that entered this race were NOT your typical recreational racer…

No, these people were made up of ex-special forces and military personnel, marathoners, tri-athletes, and ex-ironman competitors…

ALL had the physical abilities to finish the race, but finishing a race such as The Death Race takes a TON more then just physical endurance and strength.

To say I’m proud of Ronan for finishing the race is an understatement!

As soon as Ronan got back home I was quick to ask him for another interview.  We got it done and I have the audio interrogation download for you below that you need to listen to:

Within this interrogation, a few of the things we talked about were…

…how to set goals and achieve them…

…how being RELENTLESS for success is a MUST…

…ways on how to increase your mental toughness…

…how to NEVER let your mind trick you into quitting…

…PLUS more!

This is a MAJOR accomplishment for Ronan and he deserves every bit of recognition for achieving this task.

He agreed that the type of training he does in my gym helped prepare him for this race, but the single most important factor was the BELIEF he had in himself and the CHOICE he made within his own mind that he would finish the race no matter what.

In life, if you want something bad enough, you will find a way to make it happen!

Make sure to download the audio I did with Ronan HERE.

QUESTION:  Do YOU think that you could finish The Death Race?  I would like to hear your thoughts and comments on this one.
