Nothing like a nasty Complex to say “Congrats”!
Shawna took this little complex straight out of her new Challenge Complex program which is straight up badass.
It’s got lots of awesome complexes with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, plus some that are mixed up with bodyweight.

Now as you may know, I’m never one to turn down a good ol’ challenge so I made sure to hit this one up.
Here’s how it went down…
For this complex, I went with 95 lbs on the barbell and a set of 50 lbs DB’s
It went perfect with today’s strength training session which was front squats and handstand push ups.
Legs were shot so I cut back the volume a bit to 5 reps per movement instead of 8.
I finished 7 Rounds in 10 mins plus added in another 4 pull ups.
