So, I promised I would let you in on how I usually start my days out…
With a SOLID breakfast!
This is ESSENTIAL if you want to look and feel good!
I typically have 6 egg whites with 2 whole eggs and a handful of organic spinach leaves all scrambled up. Then I top it off with some fresh salsa.
Sometimes I add in an avocado on the side.
Pretty plain and simple. It gets a little boring over time but it keeps me looking and feeling good!
Now, on this day, I cooked up a KILLER recipe from METABOLIC COOKING called “Huevos Mexicanos” which was damn good to say the least!
It’s a really simple recipe to cook up and if you’re a busy person like me, you can still fit it into your schedule. All you gotta do is prepare a little bit and you’re good!
So, below here is what you need….
RECIPE MAKES 1 SERVING
• 6 egg whites
• 1 teaspoon olive oil (I used Coconut Oil)
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• ½ tomato, diced
• ½ avocado, diced
• ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• Pinch of chilli powder

I can’t tell you how good this was! I was a nice change of pace from the regular old BORING breakfast I normally have.
It’ll be nice to try all the other Lean and Mean Breakfast Recipes from METABOLIC COOKING! I’m really digging these and can’t wait to try em..

What’s so powerful about these recipes is that each is packed full of “Thermo-Charged Ingredients” which basically means, you’ll be eating foods that are great at helping increase your metabolism. When you increase your metabolism, you increase fat burn!
I’ll definitely be trying out some more of these recipes! I may have to hit up one of the “Red Meat” recipes called “The Spanish Steak”! It’s got my mouth watering right now as I type this!
