I got this the other day from my man Mikey “Pancakes”.
The dude is always sending me crazy workout challenges and I of course never turn them down.
This little challenge, while only lasting 4 minutes was straight up horrible which is why I had to share it with you.
Here it is… It’s funny how Mikey mentioned how the Lunge Jumps got him…
Well, Lunge Jumps tend to get everyone.
This was a PERFECT finisher to my training session for the day.
You’ll see a little bit of what I did to start the session off within the video below plus get a full taste of the bodyweight finishers
