You can say you’re eating ‘clean’, but what the hell does that even mean?

You opinion of what ‘clean’ is might be completely off what my opinion of ‘clean’ is.

I’ll tell ya…  you can eat as ‘clean’ as you want, but if you’re QUANTITY isn’t in check, you won’t see the results you’re after in return.

You may see some results at first, but at some point you’ll get stuck.

YES, QUALITY matters quite a bit, but it’s NOT the most important piece to your overall nutrition success.

What matters most is your QUANTITY and in this post, I’ll break it down for you real quick…

It’s about ENERGY IN / ENERGY OUT.

In a perfect world, if you eat less than you’re burning, you’ll lose weight.

If you eat more than you’re burning, you’ll gain weight.

If you eat just enough, you’ll maintain.

BUT, we don’t live in a perfect world unfortunately.

Truth is, most the guys I work with inside Forged FATHER, when they first get started, they fucked up metabolisms which makes them far from ‘perfect’.

So, the whole “calories in and calories out” thing doesn’t always work out the way it supposed to.

However, that doesn’t mean that QUANTITY still isn’t the most important thing… it is.

What becomes important is HOW you set up intake for yourself.

This can get to be pretty in-depth so what I share in this post are the basics of QUANTITY.

More specifically, the amount of Protein, Carbs, and Fats one might start at when beginning to track intake and set up for nutritional success.
