If there’s one guy I’m going to listen to when it comes to STRENGTH TRAINING and getting yourself STRONG, its going to be AJ Roberts.

This guy is seriously strong.

Don’t believe me?

Here’s some of AJ’s numbers at a weight of 308 lbs…

  • 1205 lbs squat
  • 910 lbs bench
  • 815lbs deadlift

Those are some SERIOUS numbers and in all honesty, I can’t even squat 1/2 as much as he did!

But, when you’re main sport is POWER LIFTING, that’s how strong you need to be.

Either way, I had the chance of picking through AJ’s brain a bit a few weeks ago on an Aggressive Strength Talk session and we got into some seriously good stuff.

We talk about a number of different things and to be honest, we didn’t even get to 1/2 the stuff I wanted to get into.

There will be a part II coming soon, but for now, check out part I below…

Be on the look out as I’ll be doing a Part II with AJ soon…

In the main time, drop any questions you may have for AJ or myself below in the comments.
