A few days back I sent out a question to all of my Aggressive Strength Krazies out there through my Lean and Mean Newsletter asking what their biggest NUTRITIONAL questions were.

I received a TON of responses back so THANK YOU if you sent in a question.

What I’ll be doing is a new series where I’ll be taking these questions and answering them here on my blog through both text and video.

After all, NUTRITION is kind of a big deal so this only feels 110% necessary.

I also felt that this would be a ton more helpful then to simply replying back separately to each question through email as this way if you had other questions, you’ll see them get covered here.

So, with that here’s the first installment of the Aggressive Nutrition Q and A…

Quick Intro:

Question: Is Intermittent Fasting for EVERYONE?

Short answer – NO.  While IF is a great (and extremely effective) lifestyle / philosophy of eating, it’s not for everyone…

Question: How can I get back on track?

Why the hell cant I get back on the wagon. I was lean as fuck (sub10) for 7 years after loosing 96lbs. Now I am falling off the wagon. Why am I not motivated? I am not cooking, I am not pushing as hard. I am letting myself down. I cant seem to get up. I still lift, but I am looking soft and average.  -Thanks, Mark

Mark, you’ve got to FIND it in YOURSELF…  Relight the FIRE!

Question: Should You Eat Carbs, Proteins, and Fats all at once?

What’s your take on the glycemic index/load of foods? I get the idea but if your eating a balanced meal of fats, carbs, proteins, and fiber then won’t the digestion and release of high GI carbs be slowed anyway?  Thanks – Thomas

Real quick – If you want to get lean, build muscle, and have a high level of performance, do NOT eat your carbs, fats, and proteins all at once.

What you’ll want to do is focus in on Macro-Nutrient Timing.  I discuss more in the video…
