Day 3 of the First Week on Old School Strength was a success!
It tore me up good!
The garage door to the gym was WIDE open and the heat was on for sure!
Here’s the workout:
Week 1 Day 3 – Old School Strength
1A) Box Jumps 3 x 4
2B) Step Jumps over box 3 x 4 (Will post video soon!!)
3A) Bench Press 6 x 4 (Did a 3 sec pause @ the bottom of each rep)
4A) Bent Over Barbell Rows 3 x 10
5A) Medicine Ball Weighted Push Ups 3 x Submax
5B) Weighted Renegade Rows 3 x 8/Arm
5C) Hanging Leg Raises 3 x 15
