Ok kids, this workout was insane!!!

I can feel the raw power that I built up from the deload week!

Feels amazing!

Here’s today’s Old School Strength training session:

1A) 1 Arm Heavy Snatches 2 x 3, 3 x 2, 3 x 1

2A) Front Squats  5 x 5

2B) Hanging Leg Raises  5 x 10

3A) Weighted Dips  4 x 8

3B) Weighted Pull Ups 4 x 8

4A) Power Curls 3 x 8-10

4B) Weighted Back Extensions 3 x 8-10


It was HOT and I was feeling it afterward!

Great workout, the progress is definitely coming along.

Pumped for the next workout already!
