It’s Day 4 of my 12 Days of Strength and Badassness Christmas!

Today I have another special Hardcore Hundred workout and it involves using today’s special focus.


If you don’t know what the power wheel is yet, you need to get out from under the rock that you’ve been living under!

The Power Wheel is one of the BEST if not the greatest tools that can be used to increase the ability to train your abs and increase your overall CORE STRENGTH.

I grabbed mine just a few months ago and it’s been getting some BIG time use in my gym by not only me, but with many of our fighters and serious trainees.

One of the biggest reasons I really love the Power Wheel is because it allows you to do hand walking drills on your own.  If you train without a partner and want to get in some highly effective hand walking drills, the power wheel allows you to do just that!

Well, this weeks edition of the Hardcore Hundred is just as special!

Here’s the workout:


25 – Pike Push ups

25 – Leg Curls

25 – Atomic Push Ups

25  – Roll Outs

The key to making this extremely hard and effective is trying to go “unbroken”.  To go “unbroken” you must complete each set of movements without rest.  Try it out!
