Burpee Tips and Tricks:

  • Burpees are much more than simply “flopping” yourself up and down – stay tight and keep yourself in a good position.
  • It all starts with the feet then goes to the knees, hips, core, shoulders, and hands
  • Always think – More efficiency = Better results!

Challenge for Day 1 of 12 Days of BADASSNESS:

a) 25 Burpees as FAST as humanly possible

Yes, I know it NOT that tough yet, but just you wait…
