For the longest time I’ve been wanting to connect with Funk Roberts to pick his brain about training and nutrition and just the other day, I was able to sit down and grill him on how he has gotten himself into such great shape.
Funk and I have connected many of times throughout the years via YouTube as both of us like to post up a lot of our different workouts.
