New Years Resolution’s time which means people will be coming out of the wood work coming up with what they think are “goals”.

The problem is, most people do not stick to these “goals” because they are nothing more the hopes and wishes.

Along with that, when most people run into a little bit of resistance, they quit.

There’s a few reasons for this…

1 – They do NOT have a strong enough WHY or reason to push past the resistance

2 – They don’t have an “ATTACK PLAN”

Most people just wing it.
