I LOVE to jump rope.

It’s one of the best strength “cardio tools” that I feel is highly underutilized.

6 Min AMRAP Of:

1A) Freestyle Skipping x 30 reps
1B) 5 pull ups
1C) Double Unders x 10
1D) 5 Hanging Leg Raises

Now, see what you can get done in 6 mins!

If you don’t yet have double under’s, just do 20 single jumps instead.
