Oh man, have I got a treat for you…
Back in January, I had the privilege of meeting a very special person who is as SERIOUS as they come when it involves training, fitness, and living life to the fullest.
His name, Dan Long, AKA ‘Mr. Kill Mode”
When I first met Dan and we got to talking, I immediately knew this guy was on a whole other level. We connected instantly.
I just had the chance to crank out an Aggressive Strength Talk session with Dan where we discussed mindset (KILL MODE and 110% H.A.M.), training methods, and just plain kicking ass in life.
Dan, like me has a super intense PASSION for training and helping others get better and achieve as much success as possible through their health and overall fitness.

As you can see, Dan is one PASSIONATE dude!
This guy FIRES me up and it’s guys like Dan that make me want to become even better at what I do.
I see what an impact he’s having on others and in return it makes me want to make an even bigger impact.
It’s energy feeding off of energy.

Complete the following on a TRX or Jungle Gym XT or any other type of suspension trainer:
40 x Suspended Crunches (Try to go NO BREAKS)
40 x Suspended Pikes (Try to go NO BREAKS) – I got to 34 and had to rest…
1 Min Rest
25 / side x Oblique Crunch
Lay on the floor x 10 mins…
No doubt was this the REAL DEAL.
I’ve been a huge advocate of suspension training for a very long time and if you’re not doing any within your training currently, it’s time you add it in.
It never fails to bust people up 😉
When ever I put a person through a core circuit with a set of straps, it lays them down for the count.
Doesn’t matter how advanced they are…
BOTTOM LINE – Suspension Training will definitely take your core and strength training to a whole new level.
