You may be wondering what the heck a “strap workout” is.

Well, it’s just another name I like to use for “suspension training”.

I think it’s got a nice ring to it.

Either way, I love using a TRX or The Jungle Gym XT within my training programs.

I’ve created a lot of programs using these tools and have gone through a TON of different strap workouts, but for this post I could only pick 5…

So, below I have for you my TOP 5 Strap Workouts.

#1 – Single Leg Burpee Tabata (only takes 4 mins)

Going into this tabata, I thought it was going to be easier then it turned out to be.  Anytime I do a tabata, I count my reps during every interval so that way i can keep myself somewhat accountable by making sure I stay above or at that rep range.

#2 – Suspension Hardcore Hundred Style

All I have to say about this was that it was a unique one…

#3 – TRX 40/40 Challenge

Maybe you’ve heard of this one before???

I’ve done 3 of these and have won myself a free TRX every time.

In short, for this one all you gotta do is complete 40 Atomic Push Ups then do 40 Recline Rows without any breaks.
