Hit up a GPP conditioning day today to allow my body to recover a bit before I hit it hard again tomorrow.

Here’s the quick circuit I did.Β  Took 20 mins total.

Get in and out!

SLEDGE + Sprints

1A) Sled Sprints x 30 yards down and back x 1

1B) Sledgehammer swings x 8/side

Repeat circuit for 20 mins.

Felt good to be out in the sun!

Finished the workout off with a nice recovery protine shake.

1- Water

2-Protein Powder x 3 scoops

3 – Almond butter x 2 tbspns

4 – 1 Cucumber

Blend and drink!
