2A) 1A Thick Handled DB Snatch 4 x 3

2B) Muscle Ups 4 x 8

3A) Double KB Clean and Press x 10

3B) Double KB Swing x 10

3C) Sled Sprint x 20 yards

3D) Sled Drag x 20 yards

Repeat circuit 3-4 times

This was a great workout!  Fast and effective!
