Today was upper body focused.

As soon as that garage door went up, the music was blasting and I didn’t look back.

It was time for war!

Here’s today’s workout:

LEAN and MEAN – Week 9 – Day 2 – Upper Body War!

1A) Bench Press 5 x 5

2A) Floor DB Press 2 x MAX

2B) 1 arm “Kroc” Rows 2 x MAX

3A) Weighted Dips 3 x 12

3B) Mixed Pull Ups 3 x Sub-max

This next exercise was my finisher for the day.  I will be throwing this in my routine some more for sure.  Really hit the strength endurance.

Basically I took our 50 ft rope and tied it to the prowler sled.  I loaded about 3 plates on there and pulled away.  When I pulled it all the way to me, I pushed the prowler back and ran back to do more hand over hand rope pulls.  I repeated this for 3 straight sets…

4A) Handover Hand Rope Pulls 3 x 50 ft

I was feeling good!

Now its time to take a day of rest and come back for some more “Squats from Hell” part 3!!
