This is a great little Kettlebell Complex that flows together really well.

I like to hit it EMOM style focusing on one arm every minute and rotating arms every round.

Not so much of a “metcon” type set up for this, rather more for POWER and EXPLOSIVENESS with a little bit of ATHLETICISM thrown in the end with the Split Lunge Snatch.

5 Single Arm Russian Swing
4 Single Arm Snatch
3 Single Arm Split Lunge Snatch
***Rest the remaining amount of the minute as soon as you finish the complex
***Alternate arms every round
