May look easy on paper, but TRUST me, it’s never that easy 😉
Now, here’s where the FUN part comes in…
I decided to add in a nice little “2 Minute, 110% H.A.M. Challenge” to this 5 Min Warrior piece to make things a bit more interesting…
Here’s The Challenge…
2 Min AMRAP of 135# Power Clean and Press
Then – NO Rest – Complete20 Lunge Jumps (each leg) 20 Burpees 15 Lunge Jumps (each leg)
15 Burpees 10 Lunge Jumps (each leg)
10 Burpees ***SCORE = TOTAL Reps Complete @ 135 + FINAL TIME
