Here’s my training day:
OLD SCHOOL STRENGTH DAY 1
1A) Kneeling Hand Cleans 5 x 5
2A) Back Squats 5 x 5, 4, 3, 3, 3 + 1 x 20 Death Squats!!!
3A) Weighted + Banded Handstand Push Ups 3 x max – 12, 10, 12
3B) Weighted Pull Ups 3 x max
I was TOASTED!
The death squats did me in good!
The gym was probably 102 degrees!
Coming back tomorrow with some track work – 200m sprints and swings OH MY!
