I wanted to dedicate the workout I’m about to share below to one of my favorite bands of all time, SEVENDUST!
I had the pleasure of meeting these guys at their concert for the Music as a Weapon Tour along with Korn and Disturbed.
It was a kickass time to say the least! And the band members were kickass too!
I’ve met some other bands before and some of them were complete jerks. No respect for their fans, and they just really didn’t give a damn.
SEVENDUST and all their members were more than humble and actually talked to us like we were human beings. Not just some robots!
For that – MAJOR RESPECT!
This meant a lot to me since I’ve been a HUGE fan of theirs since the beginning! I’ve been listening to them since way back in the day when they first releashed thier album in 1997!
It’s great fuel for workouts! If you need a HEAVY thrashing, loud and angry sound to get your blood flowing to train, SEVENDUST is it!
Meeting these guys was awesome! Seeing them in concert was even better! They freaking rocked the house! I’ll never forget it and I’ll be looking towards when they come back or I go see another one of their shows!

Now, for the SEVENDUST workout…
I was inspired to hit something hard and fast, so I put together a quick 7 minute circuit.
7 minutes of as many rounds as possible of:
7 Deadlifts, 7 ring dips, 7 ring pull ups, 7 kettlebell swings, 7 goblet squats, 7 close grip push ups, and the 7 burpees.
It was a test for sure!
