I’ve been getting a TON of requests from people wanting to know what I listen to when I train.
Now before I get into that, I wanted to share some old videos with you…
This is when I got to meet Sevendust (one of my favorite bands) in person at their concert backstage…

And I’ll NEVER forget this concert… Rob Zombie and Godsmack!

(Sorry Video is NOT the greatist…)
Now, what I’ve been doing for the last two years or so is listening to Pandora Radio on my phone.
It’s easy with that as all I have to do is select my favorite artists or song so they play a radio station geared towards that band / artist and similar to them.
However, sometimes that gets old and Pandora starts playing songs that suck. so another resource I’ve gone to recently is Rhapsody Radio.
I like Rhapsody because you can play and download any song you want, when you want. I can also create my own playlists which I’ll share with you below…
I like a wide variety of music from Hard Rock to Rap. NO country ever!
With some songs, I could care less with what they sing as some songs out there have terrible lyrics. I’m more about the beat then anything.
Anyways, here’s my Current Throwdown 110% H.A.M. Playlist…
Jesus Frankenstein – Rob Zombie
Thunder Kiss ’65 – White Zombie
More Human Than Human – White Zombie
Debt That All Men Pay – Hellyeah
Don’t Get Me Started – Ace Hood
Call It Like I See It – Hellyeah
Obviously there’s a TON more more that I listen to like everything Metallica, Mudvayne, Rage Against The Machine, Ice Cube, ect…
This is what I have on my current “Throwdown” playlist.
Now I would like to know what YOU’RE currently blasting out your speakers when you train H.A.M.? Post up your pick in the comments below!
