Wow!
Not even 24 hours since I posted up the Aggressive Strength Talk with AJ Roberts did I get a crap ton of emails asking about deadlifts.
In short, Deadlifts are one of my FAVORITE movements there are.
If I had to pick just one movement to do for the rest of my life, it would have to be deadlifts.
Simple and Effective.
I love em’ as there’s nothing better then lifting a heavy ass bar up off the ground 😉
But, with such a great movement comes great risk as well.
The risk involved is what gives deadlifts such a bad name.
“Deadlifts will kill your back”…
Well, when you do them WRONG, yes they sure as hell will.
Any training movement will mess you up when you do them wrong, deadlifts especially.
