Now this is the final installment of the Ab Rollout Series!

If you haven’t checked out PART I or PART II, make sure you do so you can properly progress through these movements! If not, you can whined up getting hurt which wouldn’t be good for you!

So progress properly on these bad boys!

In this installment, we start to look at how to incorporate bands into the ab rollout movements.

Using band tension is an excellent way to increase any type of core movement!

As you can see in the pic below, all you need to do is wrap the band around your lower back.  This will increase tension on your abs which will force you to work even harder to stay tight!
