Do you want to know how to Build Athletic Biceps??

I say “ATHLETIC” because no one wants to be a HUGE Meathead that can’t move.

Well, at least I don’t….

I’d rather be STRONG, LEAN, and ATHLETIC…

For me, I want to avoid isolation exercises.  I want to engage a bunch of muscles at once.

See when I comes to building up the arms and more specifically, the BICEPS, I use more complex movements that tend to hit the biceps a little bit more but still use a lot of other muscle groups as well.

I haven’t hit an arm isolation exercise in I don’t know how long!

I did a real quick video outlining a bunch of different BICEP targeted movements.

Hit these up to build up the GUN SHOW for summer!

Here’s an example workout you could do to help target the arms a bit more while still staying athletic based with your training.

1A) Power Cheat Curls 5 x 5

2A) TRX or Blast Strap Push Ups 3 x Submax

2B) 1 1/2 Pull Ups 3 x Submax

3A) Sandbag Lunges 3 x 8/ leg

3B) Kettlebell Swings 3 x 15

4A) TRX Recline Face Curls 3 x 15

4B) Kettlebell or Dumbbell Farmer Walks 3 x max distance

5A) Tabata Set x 1

a) “Band Curl Jacks”

b) Banded Plank

As they say…

When the sun is out, it’s time to get the GUNS OUT!
