I love to train and I love to train hard!
Damn there’s a lot of methods out there that will all take you to new levels.
Why just settle for one???
For me, over the last couple of years, I have been experimenting on myself with creating a program where I can become very strong, highly conditioning, and super explosive.
I’ve come up with a way to “blend” a lot of modalities together to get the best of all worlds.
All programs out there are going to have holes in them somewhere.
The program I’ve created isn’t the most perfect but it works for me, it works for my athletes and I know it will continue to work for other people that become involved in it!
If you haven’t been reading my blog since I started it, you may not know that one of my overall goals is to complete in The Crossfit games next year.
I’ve seen how far Crossfit has come over the years and it’s truly inspiring how hard some of these guys work.
I bust my ass still even though I have no sport to compete in. For me, life is a sport in itself.
Being healthy and full of energy are two very important things to me.
My new addiction, is to get myself in the absolute best condition I’ve ever been in my whole life!
Crossfit has created a stage where I can prove my worth! I can put my abilities and hard work to the test!
I can COMPETE!
Since my college days playing football were over, competing is what has been missing in my life for a while.
Of course I compete against myself each and every day I train but I want to really get out there and compete against other people!
This will show how far my training, discipline, and commitment has truly taken me.

I am NOT anywhere close to where I want to be but I know I’ll eventually get to where I envision myself getting.
