This was by far the WORST Hardcore Hundred to date.
If you have been following along for some time now, you would know that I like to train to the max.
I try to push myself to the limit each and every time I train!
If you’re gonna train, why not train hardcore right??
I have a few general rules of thumb for when I train…
- Don’t Ever Half Ass It!
- Have You Mind 110% Focused in on your current workout
- If it’s EASY, go heavier or harder!
- Every session is a friggin’ ALL OUT WAR!
On top of that, You’ve got to have the fire in your eyes!
You gotta have the mind of a WARRIOR….
And the HEART of a champion!
Don’t ever settle for less!
Die or take lives! Not literally of course!
I’m just referring to the mindset you’ve gotta be in to really DESTROY your training and take your performance to the next level!
INTENSITY TRUMPS EVERYTHING!!!
Whether you’re an athlete or not, you’re trying to get better each and every session.
This includes your improving your MIND, BODY, and SOUL!

Let’s hit this!
HARDCORE HUNDRED – ROUND 7
Go thru 3 rounds of the following:
10 Bear Burpees
10 Plyo Push Ups
10 L-Seat Pull Ups
After you hit 3 rounds of those movements, COMBINE them all into one HARDCORE movements I’m officially calling “The Hardcore Burpee”
Finish with 10 of these bad boys!
