This might be one of the HARDEST sessions I’ve done in a while.

It’s a 20 minute EMOM (AKA = Every Minute on the Minute)

Every minute has a certain amount of work that needs to get done.

Your GOAL is to complete all of the work listed without having to cut back on your reps or running into the next minute.

Things really start to compound near the end and it becomes a real test of body and mind.

1 – 30 KB Russian Swings @ 70
2 – 25 Double KB Deadlifts @ 50’s
3 – 20 KB Snatch (10/Arm) @ 53
4 – 15 Double KB Front Squats @ 50’s
5 – 10 KB Hang Power Cleans (5 / Arm) @ 53
***SCORE = XXX / 400 (MAX SCORE is 400)
