You’ll do a descending ladder of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of each movement on each arm.


5 Clean, Swing, Snatch on the Right Arm


5 Clean, Swing, Snatch on the Left Arm


4 Clean, Swing, Snatch back on the Right Arm


4, 3, 2, 1 ✅

After you finish.

Rest 2 mins then repeat going back UP the ladder ⠀
This is a good one that won’t beat you up too bad (unless your KB technique sucks 🤨)

It’s more of a breather/recovery complex.

Good to get the blood flowing and the heart thumping.

Pick a kettlebell you can go UNBROKEN with.
