2A) Band Deadlifts 8 x 2

3A) Power Snatch 5 x 3, 3, 3, 2, 1

3B) Muscle Up 5 x 8, 8, 8, 6, 6

4B) Blast Strap Push Ups x 30

4C) Reclined Rope Rows x 20

I liked this workout for sure but I whipped my ass!
