Hey kids!

Today’s workout was an all out battle!

I don’t know about you but when I’m rolling to the gym to train I treat it like I’m prepping for a football game or wrestling match.

i know it’s gotta be all out war!

It’s a battle to get better each and every day you train!

Otherwise, why do you train?

Here’s the workout – Lean and Mean – Day 3 Week 3 – Battle!


1A) Box Squats 6 x 5, 5, 4, 4, 3, 3, 3

2A) Sumo RDL 4 x 8-12

2B) Barbell Military Press (Strict) 4 x 8-10

3A) Barbell Power Lunges 3 x 16 total

3B) Barbell Bent Rows 3 x 12-15

I threw in tons of jumps and sprints into the warm up with various types of push ups.

Good workout!  It was a battle!

Finished in about 49 mins.  I really pushed the pace!
