Today I had off but the weather was just too nice to not do anything.

We’ve got a nice little hill behind The Forged Athlete Gym that is perfect for quick hill sprints.

Hill Sprints and Burpees:

3 Hill Sprints – 10 Burpees

3 Hill Sprints – 8 Burpees

3 Hill Sprints – 6 Burpees

3 Hill Sprints – 4 Burpees

3 Hill Sprints- 2 Burpees

Done.
