Yeah! This workout crushed me bad!
It hurt me so bad i didn’t know if I was going to be able to make my afternoon appointments!
That’s when you know you got it in right!
I was afraid I was going to pass out and be laid out on the floor there all day!
No excuses though! Gotta work!

1A) Power Cleans 6 x 3
2A) Squat 4 x 6, 1 x 20 Widow Maker…
3A) 1L Barbell RDL 3 x 12/leg
3B) Dip Leg Raises 3 x 15
4A) Weighted Side Planks 3 x 60 secs/side
This may look easy on paper, but trust me, it wasn’t!
