The “new norm”.
Most of us have fallen into a “new norm” since the CV pandemic has hit.
Quarantined at home with nowhere else to go.
No school for kids.
Working from home.
Your old routine might’ve gone to complete shit.
Now you’re all over the place.
I get it.
I know that’s exactly what happens to be when I fall out of routine and lose control over my daily structure.
It started to happen a few weeks back when things changed up.
I started to stay up later (watching Tiger King… I couldn’t resist damn it!)
I started to sleep in a bit more.
Then it seemed like all hell was starting to break loose.
So I put a bit end to all that and refocused and got back on my old routine.
It’s never easy, but you MUST FIGHT BACK.
There’s no better time than NOW to take total control of your day-to-day structure.
And if things like your daily structure have been thrown for a complete loop and things are different, now is the time to create a NEW NORM.
However, if you’re one of the many DADS out there who are sitting on their ass saying, “I’m going to WAIT until this all blows over”, you’re in for a very rude awakening.
“This” isn’t going to be blowing over anytime soon my friend.
And even if it were to end within the next few weeks, WHY WAIT??
ADAPT or get CRUSHED.
That starts with getting up off your ass and doing something about it.
Consider making the “New Norm” the NORM.
At least for the time being…
