I tell ya what, after watching the crossfit games over the weekend, I’ve got a new fire burning – that’s to make the games next year.

I’m officially starting my training regimen to make it to the games next year.

I will NOT be getting affiliated nor getting Crossfit ceritifed.

I’ll train like I know how to train – HARDCORE UNDERGROUND STYLE TO THE MAX!

We will see what happens!

I’ll be on the lookout for local and close to home Crossfit competitions that I may be able to join in on to see what I got.

Anyways, lets get into today’s training!

Monday = Destruction Overdrive!

I don’t know what it is on Monday’s but I’m always ready to kill it!

Even if I hit it hard on Sunday, I’m still ready to roll!

And if you didn’t already know, I like AGGRESSIVE MUSIC!!!


Monday = Destruction Overdrive!

1A) Hang Clean to Squat 5 x 3

2A) Front Squats 5 x 5 (Still pausing at the bottom for 3 secs)

2B) Step Jumps 5 x 4

3A) Handstand Push Ups w/ band resistance 4 x max

3B) 1A Pull Up Variations

4A) Overhead Lunges 3 x 20

4B) Wheel Rollouts 3 x 12

5A) Grip Training x 3 exercises

I really pushed the pace on this one to see how fast I could get done.

My biggest area to improve on will be the heavy conditioning and overhead squats.

Shoulders are TIGHT!

I’m gonna be hard at work you can bet that much!
