This workout was WICKED!

I whipped out the old medicine ball for this one! 

1A) Med Ball Explosive Granny Toss (Throw the med ball as high as possible)  4 x 5

2A) Double KB Snatch

3A) Sumo Deadlift 6 x 3

3B) Leg Raises 6 x 10

4A) Weighted Dips 4 x 6

4A) Weighted Rope Climbs 4 x 6 – Finally got to the top with 2 chains!

5A) DB Power Curls 3 x 8

5B) Scooter Leg Curls 3 x 15

5C) Blast Strap Band Push Ups 3 x 12

This looks long but I got after it and killed it in about 65 mins!
