I got a question in from my man Manuel that I created a video reply for.
His question was:
It is me again, sorry for disturbing
Wanted to ask if I am allowed to do band pull ups (my main goal is
to get better on pull ups) instead of recline rows, KB rows or any
other pull movement.
The idea is to work on the pull ups on every workout
What do you think?

When it comes to getting STRONGER either through bodyweight or with the iron, you’ve got to ATTACK your body from all angles.
Don’t leave any leaves unturned.
