25 reps of X
50 reps of X
75 reps of X


100 reps of X

The “X” I can’t share will you specifically because those will each be a secret.

That and the X’s will slightly change a wee bit on a daily basis.

Not knowing exactly what the daily X’s are will keep things fun, exciting, and engaging as hell.

I’ll give you a hint…

Each X will be bodyweight based with some KB Swings thrown in for extra fun.

If you choose to commit to this challenge for 30 days, you’re going to inch your way closer to being a BAMF.

Should you take the challenge and do each X for 30 days, I know you’re going to get stronger.

I also know you’re going to get leaner (should you dial in on your fuel which I’ll be helping you with in the challenge)

In addition, you’ll also be getting fitter and more resilient.

It’s going to be a physical and mental challenge.

Either way, after you count up all the reps you’ll be doing within this challenge, it equates to be 7500 reps total.

Hence, the “75 HUNDO Challenge”.

I’ve been scheming about this for a while now because baby #3 is on her way.

She’s due in late October, but I’m not going to wait to start this challenge until then.

I’ll be starting it officially on Oct 1st.

It just so happens that Oct 1st is this coming Monday.

Works out perfectly.

So, what does this have to do with you?

Well, of course I’d like to INVITE you to come onboard the challenge.

That’s only if you’re willing to put in th work it’s going to require.

I’ll be the first to tell you, it won’t be easy.

It’ll require you to do a little bit of work every single day for 30 days straight.

The “Daily 250”

I know it’s going to get tough, but it’s all by design.

Best part about it is that it won’t require a ton of time on your end.

Probably just about 10-15 mins max a day so even if you’re “busy”, you’ll still be able to fit in it when you MAKE it a priority.

But then again, I’ve created this challenge for the busy folks out there to begin with, so there are NO EXCUES.

If you choose to do an extra workout along with the daily 250, that’s up completely up to you.

Thing is, Ive designed this challenge so that the daily 250 will give you the best bang for your buck possible.

Besides the Daily 250, you’ll be getting access to a private community for support, accountability, and a little extra bit of friendly competition.

Of course, the main focus should always be YOU VS YOU, but it’s always a bit more fun when you have a bunch of people doing the same stuff you’re doing.
