For this week’s Throwdown I only felt it was the right to steal it straight from my NEW Hardcore Finishers 2.0 System.
This week has been dedicated to Workout Finishers as Mikey Whitfield, AKA “Pancakes” just released his NEW 2.0 Version of Workout Finishers.

In celebration of this, I decided to unleash my own 2.0 version of Hardcore Finishers.

For now, check out this week’s Thursday Throwdown…
It’s called, “Triplets”
3 Reps Per Movement.
Get to Work 😉
Here’s the layout:
Do 3 Rounds of 3 Min AMRAP Sets Of:
a) Double KB Thruster x 3
b) Double KB Russian Swing x 3
c) Ring or Bar Muscle Ups x 3
***Rest 1 Min Between AMRAP Sets and Repeat
***SCORE = TOTAL amount of Reps / Rounds Completed + Weight Used
I finished with 12 complete rounds + 3 KB Thrusters while using a set of 50 lbs bells.
As you may notice in the video, my original plan was to crank out STRICT muscle ups, but that didn’t go down as planned 😉
Now, if you can’t crank out muscle ups just yet, KEEP working on them.
If you need to make modifications and regress the movement, do 3 ring pull ups to your chest + 3 ring dips OR 3 regular dips + 3 regular pull ups.
Bottom Line – Just find a way to get it done and Go H.A.M.!
Your SCORE will be the total amount of reps and rounds you can get done within the 3 separate AMRAP sets.
Overall, this is a great way to finish off your training session by hitting the full body with 3 highly powerful “BIG MONEY” movements.
