Motivation is nothing more than an EMOTION.  It comes and goes.  When you’re motivated, things come easier.  You have energy, drive, and you feel almost unstoppable.

It’s great when you’re motivated but as you know, motivation doesn’t last forever.  So, what do you do when it’s gone??

It can feel as if the world is completely against you.

It’s gets hard to do the things you know you need to do…

  • Training Consistently
  • Eating Right
  • Getting To Sleep Earlier
  • Waking Up Earlier
  • Add in what ever else you KNOW you don’t do when you’re unmotivated.

You more than likely know what comes next… You start to get LAZY and you justify it all with “being unmotivated”.  Then you tell yourself you’ll wait until Monday when you’re more “motivated”…

Monday comes, but the motivation isn’t there yet so you don’t do a thing… Then you find yourself in an even deeper hole that you’re not sure how the heck you’re going to get out of.

I’m here to tell you that I too have had my battles with MOTIVATION.

I don’t wake up everyday fired up and ready to go… There are days where I don’t want to do anything. I just want to lay in bed.

But yet, I find a way to get the things I need to get done, DONE. And YES… it’s NOT just when I’m motivated.
