Lean and Mean – Easter Sunday “Fun Day”

Did a nice fast but super efficient circuit today to burn off some of the extra calories I took in from all the Easter meals.

This was a good one…

“Ropes, Burpees, and Sprints”

1A) Battling Rope x 20 secs

1B) Full Burpees x 10

1C) 20 yard sprint up slight incline x 1

walk back and repeat x 4

This kept the heart rate high as hell and the lungs burning!

Time for some heavy lifting tomorrow!
